I get them quite often since my first baby. A warm bath, will help. Use some preparation H. Also, when you know you have to go number two use some KY jelly before you go. Oh and tucks pads, the are really a saver. Good Luck... I hope it gets better for you soon!

Yep... that's a hemorrhoid!!
I think you could use preparation H... talk to the pharmacist to make sure there is not problem taking it while pregnant. Start eating a bran cereal every morning, even drinking a little prune juice.
I had a hemorrhoid a week after I gave birth, my doctor suggested a product called "Colace". The pharmacist could help you with that too. Don't buy it in drops... they taste horrible, and you'll never be able to get then down.

It sounds like hemmies. Go out and get some hydrocortisone cream and witch hazel pads. Several times a day, wipe with a wtich hazel pad and then, with another witch hazel pad, apply the cream. It should go away in a few weeks. Trust me, this is the only thing that works. Prep H is useless. This is what the hospital gave me after my twin delivery. My husband gets hemmies all the time and he does this now and it clears them right up!

Try taking a sitz bath.. just alittle warm water a couple times a day. You will do this often after the baby is born.. if you have to have a episiotomy. I am not sure if you can use any type of cremes on it. Since being pregnant and all.

See a doctor, or buy an OTC hemorrhoid cream- let the pharmacist know you are pregnant and they will give you something safe for use during pregnancy-oh, here's me saying let them know- if they have eyes they'll see you're pregnant- oops!
Anyway, that cream will be a local anaesthetic which will numb the area and make it more bearable- don't worry though, you aren't the only pregnant woman this has ever happened to.

tell the doc... usually pregnant women get them all the time b/c of allthe strain your little one is doing on your body. Just tell your doc and they can prescribe you some hazel pads or go to the store and buy the hemoroid cream... its ok.. goodluck
