Whats a good free registry cleaner plus defrag, something thats user friendly, any help please.

Defrag is in your computer Go to Start, Progarams, Accesories, and Systems, Then defrag.
There are no free Registry Cleaners that you can use reliably. Be careful, those that say free really download junk into your registry which is very hard to remove.
There is however, a Free Trial for 30 days on Tune-Up Utilities which I have used for a long time. go to www.tune-up.com and download the free trial to your Desktop, then burn a CD of it and keep that. It is quite a large program, so I remove it when Im done with it from MyComputer, ADD Delete Programs.
Or you can buy a version of this for I believe $39.95 and it has constant updates.
Frankly, I dont see much use in a constant scan and fix of a Registry, particularly if you have a good AntiVirus like Norton or Mcaffee or even the AVG Free version. Because those viruses and Trogans, and worms are what lodge in Registry and cause the trouble, so with Antivirus, and I mean a current update daily version, you shouldnt have to fool with the registry at all.
