Most replies are right about losing to much weight at one time, but if you try this cardio work out, it will help much faster than just jogging or walking. and don't starve your self. first cut back on calories. if a person weighs 200 lbs they halve to eat 2000 Cal's just to maintain. anything more you will gain, anything less you will loss. OK now, think of your body as a car on the highway on Cruise control. It uses less gas right. that is because your not working the engine as hard as you would in the city stopping and going Right. this works the same as your heart. it's a 20 min routine. start out with a fast pace walk for the first 5 Min's to get you heart going. when the clock hits 5:45 go into a full sprint for 15 secs then go back to the fast walk when the clock hits 6:00. do this over and over again until the 15th Minuit. use the last five Min's to cool down. by doing this, it causes your heart to work harder by making it adjust back and forth between walking and the running, thus burning more calories like the gas in the car in the city.

1. Drink only water, at least 64 ounces a day
2. eat either meat, eggs, or cheese only
3. get your heart rate over 120 for 20 minuets at least once a day
4. stretch when you wake up and before you sleep
5. Eat often, but less food. A portion is a fist size, eat six of these a day
That should do it, IF you dont live a very stressful life.

You have to burn 3,500/600 calories a day to loose one pound.
Wear a calorie burning watch. Add your total intake of food calories and add 3,500 to it and thats what you need to burn one calorie a day.
it really isn't that hard. Try keeping the tv off and turning on the radio if you are just in the house..you find yourself singing and dancing around without realising it.

Eat only 3 ounces of chicken a day, and drink plenty of water, take a couple of multivitamins daily. You will burn fat because you are not taking in any carbs.

eat less than 500 calories a day and exercise at least twice a day for 20-30 min,one sessions in the morning to accelerate ur metabolism an one session before u go to sleep
