He hurt his hand, but I missed how it happened...

He was working on the wooden flag for Jason and took the safety guard off the tool he was using, it slipped and cut his hand. It did quite a bit of damage. The guy who came up from Kentucky to hellp him with the flag was a paramedic, so he helped until the squad got there. Ed was taken to Riverside Methodist Hospital in Columbus where Dr. Lubbers a hand and microsurgeon repaired the damage. Ed still is coming back to Columbus of his Physical Therapy, but is almost back to full function

He was using a grinder and took the saftey guard off to do some grinding on a peice of wood(was making the flag).The grinder uses a chain saw style blade.he guard was catching on the wood so he took it off.The blade caught the wood wrong and it cut the palm surface of his hand.
