Ok, tonight the guy i like and me are going to the movies, My family is coming but we are not sitting near them. What do I wear! (Hair, makeup, clothes)! THANKS!

Try to imagine what you think this guy will like. Do you think he would like it better if you wore something more conservative or more flashy? The main thing is to try to read him personally. But also don't wear anything which will make your family want to keep you indoors. To be honest, your parents might be able to help you decide what to wear.
Also, if it were me deciding, I would say definitely wear makeup, but don't make it too standoutish. The point of makeup is to make it look like your skin looks naturally great (yes, use eye shadow and everything, but don't make it too loud). A lot of young people go through a stage where they think "the more the better," but when they grow up they realize that it actually looks better when you use it smartly.
Hair: don't spend hours on it, but do spend more time on it than usual. You want to look great, but not like you're going to the prom.
And clothes, I described the situation above with him and your parents.
Sorry this isn't a very specific answer. It is hard to say because everyone has different tastes. But I hope it does help you at least some.
