I prefer Mean Mr. Mustard by far. I still like Being For The Benefit For Mr. Kite but it's definitely one of my least favourites from Sgt. Peppers.

maybe mr kite just didnt get out much ,so they were just giving him a good excuse to.and maybe it was that same mr kite who gave them the inspiration for nowhere man and even that man on the hill with the foolish grin was non other than mr kite too taking his name too literal keeping his arms out while perfectly still to see if the wind would take him.OMG he could have even been the barbers other customer.whoaw now wonder they wanted to put on a show for him after all he'd given them!

You could probably find out by going through the archives of the Daily Mirror for the corresponding dates. I don't recall John ever mentioning any dates on the poster that inspired the song, but it shouldn't be too hard to find.
