My daughters have used Dance Paws, but recently have switched to the new Capezio Footundeez. The Dance Paws are great, better than Bloch foot thongs, but you will need to adjust the toe openings to fit your foot, and can do this with a scissors. The Capezio Footundeez, are inexpensive, easy to put on, and require no adjusting as they do not have individual toe openings. Both of my daughter's prefer Footundeez over Dance Paws. And Dance Paws over Bloch foot thongs. Hope this helps.
All of these protect your feet from splits & friction, and are designed to form and move with the foot.
