I'm doing a report on African Americans since were in Black History Month what would be some good things to include besides MLK or Rosa Parks..I already included them???

There are numerous African Americans who have done great things to better our nation. Think of civil rights figures such as Al Sharpton, etc. along with countless inventors such as George Washington Carver. A simple yahoo search will show you all sorts of people. A possible search would be: "African American inventors entrepeneurs etc. Black History." Good luck to you.

My birthday is February 28. I hate BH month. cause every year
when Feb rolls around that all I hear about. I get the feeling its a black month and I'm anglo, man I wish i was born 5:37am March 1 not 5:37 Feb 28th. jeez

all i know is that the only race with their own month is the blacks. if there were a white history month it would be considered racist. but we're all accepting of the double standard. balck colleges, black entertainment television, black miss teen usa, etc... if the word white replaced the word black it would be racist. and i hope they quit complaining that they only get the shortest month. and harriet tubman would make for a good report. i heard she stole a train or somethong
