I'm really on a bad binge streak and I use to have all these great ideas for yummy, but healthy meals... I've lost me touch. Do you have any you can recommend? I need stuff for all meal times... anything would help!

Weight Watchers Potato Soup

1 bag frozen Ore-Ida O'Brien potatoes
3 cans fat-free chicken broth
1 pkg fat-free white gravy mix (Pioneer is the brand I use)
2 tsp. powdered chicken bouillon

Simmer potatoes in the broth until potatoes are soft (approx 30-45 min). Add chicken bouillon. Dissolve gravy mix in 1/2 cup water and stir into broth. Serve hot.

1 cup of soup equals 1 point on the W.W. diet. This is very low fat and surprisingly good. Very simple recipe :)

hm.

Healthy,all around?

Probably a wheat sub (6") with cucumber, carrot, onion, and lettuce, and a single slice of american cheese (cut in two).

It comes out to about 5 or 6 grams of fat,3 saturated,0 trans fats,300 calories or so,450 mg of sodium,15-20 mg of cholestrol,34-40-ish carbs. Warm it up in the microwave and mmm...yummy.

Cut up chicken breasts into bite size pieces. Saute in a little bit of olive oil or Pam. Then dump a jar of salsa in. You can add low fat cheddar cheese on top if you like. It's far from gourmet, but it is good.
