The best and easiest, not to mention cheapest?

Old [or new if you want] toothbrush and toothpaste. Just use regular toothpaste and brush away at the silver. I recently found a old silver necklace that was all tarnished and all I did was scrub for a while and it was all shiny again. I also used it on my sterling silver antique mirror [the kind with the handle] and it shined like new again.

Try it, it works! Good luck!

Typically you can use any silver cleaner. If you are cleaning silver jewellery just be careful. Some silver jewellery has been oxidized on purpose (ie some parts are darker than others on purpose). If you use silver cleaner it could make those oxidized parts very shiny and that may not be what you want to do if it's supposed to be dark. If that is the case, I would recommend only using a silver polishing cloth.

I dont know of any formula, but many jewlery stores sell silver cleaner. Even though it says for jewlery, it can be used for anything silver-made.The price depends on where you go and live.

Silvo cleaner, or a bar on BonAmi will do the trick. Both use a lot of elbow grease.

I think most jewelry stores sell little cloths that take off any tarnish and make your jewelry really shiny. My mom has one.
