The phrase "chemical property" is context-dependent, but generally refers to a material's behavior at ambient conditions (i.e. room temperature, atmospheric pressure, oxygen-bearing atmosphere). This property becomes apparent during a chemical reaction, and can only be observed by changing a substance's chemical identity.
A physical property is any aspect of an object or substance that can be measured or perceived without changing its identity.

A chemical property relates to chemical reactions such as combining two different elements for example oxygen and hydrogen to obtain water (H2O). It relates to the number of electrons orbiting the atoms and how they may be shared to form a molecule.

A physical property relates to something you might detect if you physically picked up the item. Is it hot or cold, hard or soft and can you change the physical property without a chemical reaction. Of course generating water from oxygen and hydrogen produces both chemical and physical changes but now you know the difference.

Interesting question.

To me, chemical properties are what is revealed when a substance interacts (ie reacts) with another one. Physical properties can be determined by examining the substance in isolation.

If the atom was a person, then phsyical properties would be 'how much does it weigh' and 'how high can it jump' and 'what did it get on the calculus test', while a chemical property would be 'does it have a girlfriend' and 'does it get into a lot of fights after drinking'.

A chemical property is a property displayed in chemical reactions, such as the boiling point of a liquid.

A physical property is something which can be observed by physical means, something like color.

Chemical property of a substance is its ability to chemically combine with other substances to produce new substances.

A chemical property also means that it can't be separated by physical means.

A Physical property can be, weight, size, colour, shape ...etc - all of which can be changed by physical means.
