Joey Ramone - lead vocals (1974-1996)
Johnny Ramone - guitar (1974-1996)
C.J. Ramone - bass, backing vocals, lead vocals (1989-1996)
Marky Ramone - drums (1978-1983, 1987-1996)
Dee Dee Ramone - bass, backing vocals, lead vocals (1974-1989)
Tommy Ramone - drums (1974-1978)
Richie Ramone - drums, backing vocals, lead vocals (1983-1987)
Elvis Ramone - drums (for two gigs only, 1987)
There is rumor of an earlier member, Ritchie, a bassist who left the band after two rehearsals; however, no hard evidence has been found to prove he ever existed. The rumor of his presence is attributed to the cartoon drawing of a gravestone on the innersleeve of the Rocket to Russia album reading "In Memory of Ritchie Ramone 1975".

It was Rick Simonson. He also wrote some of their original stuff, like "Beat That Brat With a Baseball Bat".
