What problem are you having doing this assignment? You shouldn't expect us to do it for you. Why don't you try to list the prefixes in one column and the root words in another, then see what familiar combinations pop out? For example, what if you combine the first prefix with the first root word?
Once you have ten new combined words, you'll probably be able to use each of them in a sentence (part a).
Since you don't show the underlined words for (b), can't help you there. Is the last line a separate task? There seems to be something missing in (b).
Go ahead and push this as far as you can, then come back and ask for help at the point you get stuck.

The question is flawed. First prefix dis is used in the later word, discover. Dis which is used in the list, Discover. To discover something is to not have the thing under a cover or not seen by others.
It is illogical.

Instead of wasting time asking people you don't know to do your homework, why don't you just sit down and do it ... it isn't all that hard. It will just take a few minutes ... about as long as it took you to type in that list.

Here's a prefix for you...
Disappear...
And look, I'll use it in a sentence for you.
Why don't you disappear and do your homework at your desk instead of asking us to do it for you?
