Oxygen molecules are colored very slightly blue.
If you look directly above you the sky appears to be darker blue than if you look to the horizon. That is because less light has had a chance to bounce off the molecules when you look directly above, and thus the sky appears darker.

The sun reflects of the water making a mirror effect to the sky, I don't get it either water is clear, but it looks blue from space, or is the other way around, one of those mysteries

Because the particles in the upper atmosphere absorbs and reflects wavelengths and frequencies that our eyes' see it as blue color of light.
Also, the index of refraction of the average density of air in the upper atmosphere is at an exact value, which refracts at angle that coincide with the electromagnetic wavelength of blue spectrum.

it's not. it's actually white. the blue is a reflection of the ocean.

The lightwave that is let through the atmosphere is what color we see in the sky. Blues in the day and reds at night for example.

The light is reflected off of the air particles and is bent to where the blue in the spectrum is most noticeable.
