oh my god it hurts so bad! I can hear it scratching my eardrum! I have no medical insurance, what do I do? No dumb answers, this is the worst pain I have ever been in fo' realsies!

Here is some advice from the Mayo Clinic:
"Try using oil for an insect. If the foreign object is an insect, tilt the person's head so that the ear with the offending insect is upward. Try to float the insect out by pouring mineral oil, olive oil or baby oil into the ear. The oil should be warm but not hot. As you pour the oil, you can ease the entry of the oil by straightening the ear canal. Pull the ear lobe gently backward and upward for an adult, backward and downward for a child. The insect should suffocate and may float out in the oil bath. "

You need to flush it out with a gentle stream of warm water. Somehow or other you will have to hook up a small piece of plastic tubing to a faucet or a water bag and let it run into your ear. It might help to add some rubbing alcohol to the water too.
You should probably spend some time and clean up your place. I bet when you are sleeping there are thousands of cockroaches walking all over your face, up your nose...

I really don't want to lead you wrong, because it can cause deafness. I watched a tv show about something like this though. First they put the kind of alchohol you put on open cuts into the girls ear ,and made her lie down so the alchohol would not come out. The roach started to squirm alot. Then the roach died. Then, they had someone pull it out with tweasers. The girl came out ok, but then again, profecianol doctors did it. I wouldn't do this unless you are reall desperate. But if you become deaf, please, please don't blame me.

the doctors will still have to treat you in the ER even if you have no money.
i saw them do this on ER on TV....the doctor put lidocaine in the mans ear (to kill the bug). He waited about 20mins then used tweezers to pull it out. Hmmm i think you should go to the ER this is a common problem that ER docs see ALL the time. They may not even charge you.

You might try to put some kind of oil in your ear then hold a lit candle as close to your ear as you can without burning yourself and the cockroach will scamper out of your ear.

HMMMMM, amazing how you can't control your fingers but you can update everyone on the bug.
Stick a freakin' q-tip in your ear, smash it then pick it out with tweezers.....piece by piece.
I also noticed you had no trouble answering other questions and that tells me your capable of doing this.

It is not just scratching your eardrum, it is eating it. Put some peroxide in your ear and let it bubble out or try a flashlight.

Hope it is not a pregnant female!
She will lay eggs and in about a week they will hatch and eat your brain slowly.
Get a funnel and pour hot lard in your ear.
If that don't get it out you will at least forget about the roach.

this person cant drive people coz its hurting him! well my advice is call someone to be with you asked help if you have twisor you know the thing women used to pull out hair or asked your friend to get one for you.when your friend come up let your friend pull out that damn roach out from your ear. put a Little baby oil
