There really is nothing you can do but do try to keep your skin as moisturized as possible. Also try to keep you weight gain to a minimum. After having 4 kids and trying everything like vitamin E a cocoa butter, I believe that it really doesn't matter what you do . It all depends on the natural elasticity of your skin. The women who say certain things worked for them probably just have natural elasticity and were not going to get stretch marks anyway! Good luck and pray for good genes!

There is alot of this answer that is genetic. In other words the genetic makeup of your skin will determine how well you avoid stretch marks. Overall it is helpful to keep the skin lubricated. And a good intake of vitamin C and E can help alot....I am a healthcare provider and a mother of four....I did pretty well by adhering to this regimen.

You cant. Some people are lucky and don't get them others will get them no matter what they try, the best thing you can do is look after your skin with a good moisturiser and have a healthy diet with plenty of water.

Some times you just get them no matter how much you try not to. Try not to gain to much weight too fast.
