It's pronounced 'Sha-von'. It's a lovely Celtic name, but I think I would go with a different spelling. Not many people will be able to figure it out (as you can see by the multitude of wrong answers you received!).
I went to school with a girl whose name was Chevonne, and I knew another girl called Shavonne. I prefer the one with the C, but that's just me.
