Well i have a lot of organic stuff so i am an expert here. There are so many things that are organic out there. Really, just shop at Whole Foods Market. They are helpful and will really give you lots of options in terms of foods. You could convert your entire diet by shopping with them.

"Organic" is used for substances that incorporate carbon.
Most products of fossil-fuel-based chemical industry are organic. (i.e. plastic).
You can find organic ingredients in all living organisms, food, drinks, soaps, shampoos, etc.
...in the air.

Note that "organic" is also used for some kinds of agricultural products. This refers NOT to their ingredients! It' s only about the way they are produced and processed.
