there is more alcohol in your blood than the body can handle so you get a terrible splitting head ache puke your guts out and most of the time pass out. it is possible to puke enough out to get just a really bad hang over but i wouldn't risk it so you can get your stomach pumped or like every one else said yes you could possible die from it.
