because on the dvd case of X-men the Last Stand it says 'GREAT ACTION...THE GREATEST 'X-MEN' MOVIE YET!'', also at the end of X-men 3 Magneto moved the metal chess piece without touching it after being cured, and after the credits Proffesor Xavier wasn't really dead he was in a new body.

So far this is all I have heard: They are making a Wolverine movie (with Hugh Jackman) and as we all know, that will probably turn into its own series. As far as an X-Men 4, Halle Berry (and other cast members) have stated that if enough fans send letters of interest and support for a 4th movie to the writers/producers/etc. that they may indeed make another. However, there is no 4th movie in the works as of yet. My prediction: the Wolverine series makes enough money to prevent anymore straight X-Men sequels.

They said during the making of "X3 : The Last Stand" that it is the final sequel, that is why it's called "The Last Stand" They wanted the X-men movies to be another one of the many great classic trilogys

I'm pretty sure there will be. The way it ended left it open for another one, and they've been making a killing with these movies, lol. So I am sure they're working on X-Men 4 right now.

i don't think so. i think they said before that this was the last one, but you never know. i mean, fox could just make hundreds of x-men movies because they know people will pay to see it.

its possible, i dont think anyone really knows yet. halle berry said to email the fox producers, and the guy who plays iceman/bobby drake said he is contracted for another movie, so if they decide to make one, he will be in it. i think our best chance to get another movie is to email the producers and tell them we want another one :)
