The m^2 on top cancels m^2 from the bottom which still leaves m^2 left over on the bottom

So 4 over 169m^2

First you arrange the equation like this
(4m^2) / (169m^4)

m squared at the top is subtracted to m of the fourth power to give you m squared at the bottom

Answer = 4/ 169m^2
