just pop it and put a hot cloth over it until all the pus is out.

Painful, I know !
1)pluck it
2) squeeze out any pus, blood,etc.
3) ice it till numb
4) put a warm wet teabag over the area to bring down any swelling.

if this is your first one, just leave it alone- nothing you do will make the healing process faster, it may even slow it down. if it hapens regularly see a dermitologist.
