Can`t get pictures from my computer to ancestry program to put with ancesters. Help!

Sorry guys.I don`t know alot about computers.I have pictures on my p.cp and I need to get them to a genealogy site so i can put pics with my ancesters.When I try from the internet site to download/upload pics it won`t ecept them???Its smaller then 15 MP .Its just 12PM`s.Site says they except 15 MP>

Well, that's a hard question. Are we talking about uploading pics to an ancestry site on the web, or, into a program you have on your puter? there are different techniques for both, and, if we don't know which you need, we can't help you..

maybe there is something wrong in your computer that some pictures cannot be copied? are you copying it to the other drives(e.i flash drive or pen drive?), if that so the USB in not compatible with that of your computer, im referring to the speed of the USB drive..
