I have to prepare a speech in another language about why it is better to get married, instead of simply living together. I don't need philosophical responses, but things like "making a better environment for kids" or even things like "bosses feel that married people are more responsible, and will probably work harder, so married people have an easier time finding jobs". I realize that the points can be debatable (re: the finding a job part), but right now I'm completely blank on ideas!

Marriage: it 's like a team work . it's easier financially, 2 people in the same house, sharing bills etc... and of course if you want to have children...etc... People do take you more seriously if you are married and especially if you have kids...On job part I don't think it's the same I seem to realize that people will hire you sooner if you were single... no excuses not wanting to work weekends,,,family ,,,kids etc... It's always easier to achieve your goals when you have a team/ husband...like buying real estate. but you need to compromise a lot...

There are legal rights that go along with being married. And although the divorce rate is ridiculus, there is also more security in being married. It takes more to end the relationship if you're married.
