I hate it too, but I know why. It's because there are so many things worth complaining about. It's human nature to complain about things all the time. It's rare hearing someone say: today is the BEST DAY EVER!!! Everytime I go to school, there's kids who complain about everything:
"I hate waking up in the morning"
"I don't want to do my homework"
"Oh man, another essay"
"I have huge eyebags"
"I'm so tired of this"
You get the idea. That's why it's so much easier to focus on the negative. People focus on the negative because they don't want whatever-is-negative to be there. They only want the positive stuff.

The negative usually tends to overpower the good memories. I mean what would you remember more: accomplishing a goal or getting raped. The negative is more tramatic and you can't get over it. I accomplish ment is a positive but it's an accomplisment. You have to find another accomplishments. It's like if you got all a's it leaves you wondering "what now? you have to keep giving youirself more goals so you can be satisfied. Negatives are easily to have then positive.

The negative is quick and easy. The positive requires thought and planning. Better to utilize the energy thinking positive as negative consumes energy.

No to both! See this as an electrical energy wire: the present is going negatively and springs back certainly. that's purely a supply and take. i visit assert in the different case that it really is a metamorphosis of one for the different; and also you want both. one extra ex:: is the water you drink: first that's dirty interior the lake or river, passes via many filters and springs back sparkling and organic and drinkable. imagine about it, you want both to stay.

Oh . . .

that is the very common problem to many of us . . .

After a long time of performing good things . . .
just a little . . .
a very small mistake . . .

all of the good things you've done would erased to the minds of many and forget about what are the good things you've done to them!

Well . . .
maybe man is just like that.
Maybe nobody can erase that trait to all of us.
As what they've said . . .
It is hard to regain the trust of one person once you've done a mistake even though it's just a small mistake!

A phrase I heard so many years ago aptly fits your question.

"The good you never remember, the bad you never forget."

Another phrase I learned during my time in the military is quite fitting, also.

"One Oh, Sh*t wipes out a thousand atta-boys."

Think about these two; they are so true.
