Trust me, Wash them. In my time working in the bathrooms at the strawberry processing plant, I see MANY workers putting strawberries up their butts. Wash those things real good.

No because when you wash berries you should typically eat them or else it will ruin faster than usual. (So I heard) Anyways even if they do rinse them, there are still many other hands and things berries go or any fruit in general before they reach our hands. Wash regardless...unless u have a good strong tummy

They may be rinsed but not good enough to eat them. You need to soak them to get the sand off of them.
