I think the idea is that the heart doesn't grow old. And yes, I believe that.

I know people married for 50 years. Their bodies are old and time is taking its toll on their health but their spirit, the light in their eyes, and the laughter show that their hearts are still young together.

I believe a heart in love grows stronger and not old. Love usually comes around once in your life, if you're lucky :)
