Over 2 years ago I had a drink driver hit my car head on. I had no real physical damage but has messed up my head. I have not driven a car since, will only get in a car if i absalutly have to, and didn't leave my house for some time. I have two small children and it has really affected our whole life. We are still waiting on all the legal stuff and have no idea what to expect. I have come to understand that car accident payouts are pretty much pot luck when it comes to payout amounts. Does anyone have any idea what figure I might be looking at. Im not in it for the money but it is need to help with my recovery.

You get the payout. The insruance became on your call. The insurance business enterprise does no longer prefer information that the automobile became registered on your call. you may insure a automobile that may no longer registered on your call and nevertheless get the insurance payout on the automobile. as an occasion, in case you purchased a automobile off your mom and dad, yet did no longer exchange over the registration info into your call, and the automobile became written off, etc- in case you're listed simply by fact the owner on the insurance, then you would get the pay out.
