3 months then one month for every year u were sick before u get better is this true? how long does it usually take for chronic type problems or like liver cleaning?

there is like, no answer to your question, dude. When was spelling and grammar abandoned? Each person heals at a different rate. The manifestation of disease or illness is the last step in abusing your body. It took you a long time to make it happen, so it will probably take a long time to correct the problem. The real question is how long will it take you to learn how to keep yourself healthy again. You have a long road ahead of you. Keep your mind open to alternatives that modern medicine doesn't teach you.
