Yes you can import your CD's into iTunes, you can use limewire and then put those songs into your iTunes Library and then your iPod.

You can make a back up disc of friends iTunes Music and then load them onto yours.

duh of course you can limewire em baby all those poor teens with 3000 songs didnt pay for a single one my bf changes his songs every other week and he has had his ipod for sooo fkn long and he NEVER EVER paid for anything but the ipod itself

However, to download new songs onto your hard drive You usually have to pay money.
