No it does not, orgasm is just a high and you hit a low after, that is all

There should be no blood in your ejaculate. To put that into perspective, 5% of your blood ~ 17 CUBIC INCHES of volume- over 9.5 ounces ( a soda can is 12 ounces). Where did you come up with that?!

Your body releases chemicals that signal relaxation right after orgasm, mostly so that you don't keep going and hurt yourself. they wear off in 10-15 minutes.

Good God NO. We'd have a bunch of dead men laying around. As a healthcare provider I can tell you that the reason you 'slow down' is just that it is very relaxing....not due to the effects of hemmorhage. Dear Lord how does this stuff get started.
