I'd say Warcraft FT (awesome replay value), Counterstrike (again with replay value), and NFL Street 1.
I really like NBA 2k7 or NBA live, but since I won't be able to buy a newer version, I'll hate to play NBA 2k7 in 2012.

Wow what a question. I'd probably say Madden for PS3, Madden for XBOX 360 and Madden for Wii. None of which I have now though. I do have it for PS2 and PSP though.
