Absence of reason may be the cause for your sadness.... create a reason to do something reasonably difficult... you will get back your enthusiasm and thereby get rid of this persisting sadness. We human beings are always looking for achieving something than simply living an ordinary life, perhaps in order to satisfy our ego!!

You can either be happy or sad depending on the way you look at things. Just get out there and do something for others, be ready to give. That will keep you busy and make you forget what you are sad about. Hope it works.

Happiness is a state of mind. We all have a choice, we can choose to be happy or sad. Either way, we still have to go through the same 24 hours a day. I don't know about you, but for me, every morning the moment I wake up, I'll make a conscious choice of being happy and make that day, today, the greatest day of my life.

There are many things in life to be happy about, we woken up, we are still breathing, the birds are singing, sun is shinning, the rain is refreshing etc........

Appreciate life, appreciate all the little things that make us living life.

actually you just found the first step to your problem. and that is you just recognize that you have problem only that it has no reason but the real solution to that is find what causes that sadness to yourself and then simply provide a solution on it. in that way maybe I'll serve a way for you on how to be happy again

This sounds weird, I know, but it's true.

You have to want to be happy. I say it sounds weird because you're probably thinking, "well of course I want to happy."

Surround yourself with people who love you, people you love.

It's not always the things you say, but the things you don't say that matters. So whatever you're leaving out... think about it.
