I used to live in Buffalo,NY..now live in Denver,Co..(i hope I didn't jinx the Broncos ,since I moved here they haven't had any luck).
I moved out to Denver,Co in 2002 because of the beautiful area and vibrant alive city that Denver has to offer.
They are very forward thinkers here in Denver, and people here truly live their life, not wondering what they would do if they lived somewhere else. Everyone is here because they want to be here.No one is here because they feel stuck, that is not even in the thought process of people who live out in Colorado.
You can enjoy city life and snowy mountains all in one day. The temperature variations are extreme,You could be in 70 degree weather ,and 3 hours later or less,be in 20 degree weather on top of Pikes Peak 14,100 ft. and experience snow and see skiers.
It takes about an hour and half to "drive" up to the top of Pikes Peak where there is beautiful scenery,as you go up the elevation. It is like taking an elevator up to the sky.
I wouldn't trade anything here in Denver,Co,we have the Broncos, the Avalanche hockey team, the Rockies and the Nuggets. We have Red Rocks Ampitheater,Pepsi Center and a great rapid transit system called the RTD ,or the light rail which they just recently expanded.
We are protected by the mountains from severe weather most of the time(not this year),and the climate has low humidity and is a very healthy oriented place to live.
Quite a remarkable difference from Buffalo ,New York. Although I do admit I still follow the Buffalo Bills football team, but don't miss all those losing years with them lol.

I spent my fist 19 years in California and the next 22 years in New Orleans, LA I am now in Minnesota for the past 17 months.
This is going to be home for many years I hope. We feel as a family this is a great place to live. We would not live in New Orleans again if our house was still able to be lived in. I hated what the City had become over the years. Here we have land to play on and family near by to get to know once again.

I live near Dallas, Texas. I love where I live because it has so many things to offer. You can live in an urban area, suburban, or rural area and still be close to anything that you would want. The weather is generally mild in the winter, however it is hot in the summer. The homes here are very reasonable compared to other places I have been to and the cost of living is reasonable as well.

I live in Canada, and have travelled enough, also been posted (military wife) to various places. I like it closer to the ocean. My allergies/allergy-induced asthma is not as bad b/c you can breathe easier. I lived for quite a while in the Maritimes, and when I would visit my home in Ontario, I would find the humidity would really hit me when we reached Montreal and my allergy symptoms worsen. Seeing as there's only 650,000 people in the province of NB, compared with 11 million in Ontario, it's no wonder as obviously a lot less pollution where there's a lower population. I like the four seasons, so I'll likely always stay put. I am glad to have been born in a county like Canada, "glorious and free!"

i would not advise a city for you. particularly in case you have a family members with toddlers. Why no longer stay in the geographical area or a minimum of a few place the place you're able to have a backyard and enhance your very own nutrition. working in a backyard with particularly some end result and vegetables could be right for you. do no longer supply up on your physique subject concerns. attempt to stay a non violent existence with customary nutrients and not something in between. All villages are unlike ther one you describe and the place you reside. nearer to nature is often the main suitable. To stay in cohesion additionally with our author. Public transport however, is a good subject. attempt to discover some place the place you have acces to a huge city by using public transport. probably between 2 cities the place there are buses.

I live where I live because my husband has his business here. If I could move, I'd really like to move to Alaska. I despise hot weather and humidity. I could live in harmony with bears!
