Make sure your printer is plugged into the power and that it is turned on. Then follow the cable from your printer to your computer and make sure it is plugged in all of the way. Is your printer flashing any red or yellow lights? Is the green light on steady or flashing in some way?

If you can open the printer queue on your computer (PC or Mac) check if it is stopped. Typically when the printer encounters an error and stops printing the queue on the computer will stop it self. You will then see what you're seeing with a lot of documents backing up in the queue but nothing coming out of the printer, even if the initial errors has been resolved. I would suggest making sure your queue/jobs are started and that everything else is in order first. If nothing else works, unplug the printer from its power source for at least 30 seconds to a minute, restart your computer, then plug the printer in again and turn it on. See if it starts working.

Open up your printer folder -Start/Printers and Faxes - select your printer by clicking on it. Now look to the left and choose "see what's printing." You will see your print que - click document - click resume - see if that puppy starts to print.
