Hey best way is never use ur own NAME AND ADRESS in any kind of registration in INTERNET....... use some PROXIES to try to hide ur real IPADRESS...........
BUT these tricks dont work 100% when a real GEEK want's to find u out so better equip with a FIREWALL and good ANTIVIRUS backing up ur DATA .......
