Xbox live?

Hello, I've gotten connected to Xbox live once before, but I'm now trying to connect again, I run the Xbox live connection tests; and it passes all the tests up to Xbox Live. It just says "failed" and provides no other information on how to fix this , or on how to troubleshoot it. Please, help me - Thanks, Alex

If you have an original Xbox, try the toll free Microsoft support at the link below.

If you have a modded Xbox, then your console is locked out from Xbox Live forever.

If you modded your unit, XBox live will NEVER work again...
