No.. love is also a universal passion and it's the one that hurts us the most.
Fear however is the one that holds us back the most.
There's also greed, envy, hate and lust. These all hold us back.
The one people need to be more passionate about is patience though.

no don't will fear is common most people if pushed to hard looses the need for fear but what u looking for is
