You want to know what's in my screwed up little world? Okay but remember, you asked for it.
A very dear friend of mine is going through a nasty divorce. Scumbag has a really good lawyer and she's losing everything. House, car, even her cell phone. She's going to be on the streets as the end of March. She'll be living with my girlfriend and I for however long. We barely get by as it is. Now, we're going to have another mouth to feed and a few pets to take care of as well. There's no question this is the right choice but it's going to be a rough little while.

Well, I guess I am wondering/worried what is going to happen at work. We have been taken over by another company and already 10 have been made redundant with a promise of more to come this week. Am I one of those or my friends? Some friends have already been "let go" so we all just kept help thinking who's next.
