I don't know for certain that there was any cooking from Bush himself, but we will learn as time pass's by, that there was a lot of lies by his advisers. These actions have cost the US a lot of deaths, pride and upstanding in the world comunity. Shame but it's too late. The cat has done been tossed in the dog pound.

How Americans blame Bill for wanting a hummer is beyond me. How some Americans compare what Bill did with what GW Bush did is a complete joke. Bill lied because he loved too much. GW Bush lied in the commission of murder for financial gain. It is a capital offense. In a fair and just world he should suffer the same punishment he deals out with such pride and joy on a daily basis.

He didn't.. so your question is moot. But in Clinton's case it was more than "bad judgment"... he broke the law... specifically he perjured himself... and was punished for it after he left office by being disbarred.
