i think there are a lot of wannabes on here that try to scare people by asking questions that can be interpreted in a way that could make them seem more sinister

Talking in Arabic is scary? Well I am Scottish and I can say quiet a few things in Arabic if I say a few will you be scared of me? Why would terrorists need to communicate through Yahoo Q/A? That is laughable. Insha Allah you gain more knowledge. Sorry did i scare you?

Why would an Arab terrorist need help with his Arabic?
No, I sincerely doubt they are, and if they were, you'd never know. They'd probably have a code, or be using steganography and you'd never notice their messages. They'd look like everyone else's.
Stop living in fear. The paranoid among us are a bigger threat than any outside antagonist.
edit: Oh yeah, and the people asking for help with their Arabic could very well be US (and other) military members studying Arabic, in order to protect you from Arabic-speaking terrorists. So not only is your fear misplaced, it could actually be completely counter to your interests.

I think it's a pretty ineffective form of communication, so that would be a "no".
