Disagree. Failure is the standard by which one sets achievement. Without it there would be no triumph or gauge by which to measure yourself. Life is not fair, get over it.

that is an untruth...
of course there can be failure no matter how hard you try...
but the lesson is the reward that comes of failure
so you don't really fail if a lesson is learned

It's an altruistic fantasy ideal that may or may not be realized one day depending on how willing people are to get over themselves and their need to compete and vie to be the best...
