Shave your legs! And moisturize with lotion every day!! They probably use shimmer lotion to make their legs look really shiny!!!!
HINT: Using lotion instead of shaving cream works so much better and cuts deeper so your legs stay way smoother for way longer!!!

Odds are they wax, since it takes the hair out from the root it takes longer to grow in (hence a longer amount of time before stubble.)

Wax your legs (or use a depilatory cream, like Nair) and apply baby oil to make them soft and radiant.
