I would go to Alibris and look into their used books, since used books are the best bang for the buck.
I would buy books by authors such as Joe Vitale, John Grinder, Virginia Satir and Milton Erickson. I would buy some coffee table books with pictures of fine art, such as works by Salvador Dali, Vincent Van Gogh and Michelangelo. Leonardo Da Vinci would be another investment, as would the full works of Shakespeare. I have a wide variety of interests, literally speaking, favoring a combination of a classic collection and one with a new age flavor. I would be certain to pick up some old favorites, such as Frogs into Princes, which speaks of neurolinguistic programming, and The Structure of Magic, I and II. These are now very difficult to find, so if you find one~ GRAB IT!
I have a personal library with over 3000 books, many of which are regional cookbooks. Nothing beats church-lady cooking!
If you aren't out of money yet, check out some spiritual material, such as the out of print works of the late Harold Hill, who wrote such wonderful books as, How to Live Like a King's Kid, How to Beat the Devil at his Own Game and How to Flip Your Flab Forever. Best wishes in the building of your wonderful personal library!

I would put one $100 bill in each of ten books, probably all at the same page to save time in retrieving them later.
