Batman! He's got the wits, determination and the gadgets; plus he's in top physical shape. Spiderman does have super strength and all that, so it'd be a close call. I'll still give it to Batman though!

Arrgh, As a comic book store owner I cringe when kids come in and aske me questions like that but the answer to that one is way to easy. batman hands down. While spiderman is stronger Batman has the experience and brainpower to win. If he can go toe to toe with Superman by finding his weakness Spiderman is a piece of cake.

It would depend on how the fight happens.
If it were an impromptu fight, then Spidey would win quickly, because Bats wouldn't be prepared for his opponent - the webhead's spider-sense and heightened strength, agility, speed and sticking abilities, along with his webshooters, would make short work of Bats, even though Bats would put up a bit of a fight.
However, if Bats knew ahead of time who (and what!) he was facing, then he'd be well-equipped with gadgets or gases that would counteract Spidey's spider-sense, his sticky hands, some teflon armor to counter the webs, and the armor would have enhanced speed and strength bionics built into it, and thus, Bats' experience and fighting ability would put Spidey down for the count.

Batman's superior fighting skills would probably help him to keep up with Spider-man's agility and speed momentarily, but Spider-man is way stronger, and I think he would wear Batman out fairly quickly. If Batman tried anything tricky, like some sort of Bat Spider-man defeating spray, Spidey would see it coming way ahead of time, and avoid it easily.

Well I think it would be a stalemate man. Batman would catch on quicker to Spideys abilities but none of them would back down. Both are intelligent both don't tire easily.. it would be a tie.. the Joker and and The Green Goblin would try something forcing them to stop fighting and team up .

Batman would, he has his wits about him. Spider-man is smart and all, but he is driven to much by his emotions. Batman keeps his cool better and thinks clearer, and has tons of gadgets that would take spiderman down
