Get RICH!!!! Then kick out the Republicans (because they'll try to take over, no matter what you do). Then befriend the Democrats, who will support you if you're good, but not crush you if you're evil, because they're too "Nice" for THAT!!!! (Lame-o's!) *Sigh*...and I'm a Democrat...

Firstly, it's NO LONGER a secret. Secondly, if you don't know how to start, then how are YOU going to control the world???

start by finding others that want to rule the world, than start working on plans to divide and conquer.
