Yes - I have it on vinyl - a 2 record set. I know it is out of print. I don''t know if it was ever released on CD. It was a hits compilation. I don't know when it was released, but I bought it some time around....1979?
Weird Scenes... is not the name of a song. It is a line in the song "The End".

It was called Weird Scenes Inside A Goldmine, which contained a song of that name.
