I have been snowboarding for 7 years and i have owned a pair of 02-03 Flow Bindings and they worked great. They were super easy to get in and out of, snow never got caught in them, and they kept my foot down well until the screw that holds the tension on the powercable fell out, then I had a lot of freeplay in the heel. I got some Burton P1's after that. The new flow models get snow caught in them easier but they made it so the screw can't fall out. The flight threes are a good binding, but I would suggest Burton Escapade, Notori, or Lexa.

I have never used the Flow bindings, but I have a couple friends that really like theirs. However, I was riding with one of them one day, watched him take a minor fall, and the latch on the Flow bindings caught on the snow and his board came completely off. After seeing that, I will never use Flows. I have Burton Escapades and I love them.

It depends on your deck too. Burton bindings are generally made only to fit on Burton boards (the base, anyway), so if you don't have a Burton board, chances are you can't get Burton bindings.

Flows are pretty comfortable and initially, might not be the easiest to adjust, but once you get your fit right, they are excellent bindings. Easy in/out and no more sitting down to strap in once you get off the lift. Also, no pressure point sores from binding straps.

Flows are like marmite you either love them or hate them i personally prefere regular style bindings but thats probably because thats the type of binding ive always used and just got used to them. But i know some people who use them and swear they are the best bindings ever its just personal choice really with stuff like that.

I have been riding Flow bindings for 8 years and I think they're great. The ease of use is really handy and they perform excellent.

DO NOT get them. they are thought to be easy to put on, but snow accumulates in there and because of other factors they can take MORE time to put on. the traditional ratchet bindings are faster, and offer more stability. definitely look into burton bindings, i have had success with those.

i really like the way flow uses to get in and out of their bindings. its faster than strap in and just as good in response. i strongly reccomend them
