IF i may, im not a man but i think that Valentines day is a "Hal Mark" holliday, just like Sweetest day! its to show your love, and now they have all kinds of commericals out that tell all men that the only way to get a woman to love you is to spend a lot of money... in truth its not the price that counts... i would be happy with a dinner and a movie... Taco Bell and a video rental place! Me and my man camping out together but the covers holding eachother.

So to all you men out there, just remember its not what you get her, its how you go about giving her LOVE! showing her you still care

Well basically Valentine's Day is all about doing something nice for your lover. It's a fine sentiment, but my problem is that romance seems to only come out on this day for most people. Not only that, but how many people get into a relationship just to get stuff for Valentine's Day?

Another commerical Holiday that coaxes men into purchasing worthless goods in order to impress a woman. Simple as that. As a male in a relationship, in today's western world, you are almost obligated to go out of your way on 14 February. It's a bit of a hassle, and I would prefer not having to even worry about it.
