What do you do after you catch them...that's where the whole tomboy deal kicks in. If you do anything of the following you are indeed a tomboy:
a) Eat them
b) Burn them with a magnifying glass (which would also make you a potentially mentally unstable person)
c) Organize spider fights
d) Name them and keep them for a week
e) Make experiments with them
f) Use them to scare bystanders
If you catch and release them or if at any time during the catching process you scream...you are definitely not a tomboy.

I know of a Black widow who collected crickets when her husband died. Another woman became a brown recluse when her husband passed away. She just stayed under the sun lamp and never left the house. One of our friends is almost seven feet tall. His kids call him daddy longlegs. Collecting spiders is not unusual. Did you design your own web site for them?
